General Bankruptcy Information:
We handle only Chapter 7 and business bankruptcies (not Chapter 13).
The typical charge for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is $1,300.00, unless there are multiple homes and a lot of assets involved. The $1,300.00 charge includes the $300.00 filing fee.
All $1300.00 is due before the case will be filed, preferably at the time of signing the contract.
